In order to understand which product configuration is right for your application, you’ll need to answer some questions about the type of server cabinets you are currently using or planning to use, and where you would like user authentication to take place.

Server Cabinets

1. Do you know the make and model of the server cabinets you will be using? If so, please list them in the field below.

2. Are you are using cabinets that are already installed?

Do the cabinets have swing handle locks?

Do you know the make and model of the locks?

If not, can you supply photos of the front and back of the doors and locks?

3. How many cabinets are you looking to secure?

Our products can include both biometric and card authentication devices. The authentication can take place at the individual cabinet door or at the end of the row of cabinets. End-of-row authentication is available in a row configuration.

4. Are you interested in Biometric only, Card only, Card+Biometric or Card+PIN authentication?

If you require Card authentication, will you be using High-Frequency 13.56 MHz (iClass, Mifare, DESFire) cards, Low-Frequency 125 KHz (Prox) cards, or both?

5. Do you want to use our Controllers and available software to monitor and control the system or do you want to use the Smart handles that will out Wiegand protocol to 3rd party access control panels?

6.Where do you want the user to authenticate identity for access?
