Side panels are designed to enclose server cabinets on one or both sides, providing protection and security for the equipment inside. Standard side panels can be externally removable in a quick-release style, requiring no tools for access and available with or without locks. For enhanced security, internally removable side panels are mounted from the inside of the cabinet, preventing unauthorized access from the outside. To remove these panels, one must first gain entry to the enclosure and then remove the mounting screws, offering a higher level of protection for your server equipment.
